Our refund/replacement policy covers faulty product (weeds, dirt, or damaged bales) 

If your bales are not up to standard, please ensure the following has been completed within 14 days of receiving your order:

1.) Stop feeding product and your remaining bales
2.) Take pictures of the product 
3.) Lodge a request in writing with Waiata - sales@joneshay.nz / 02102543067
4.) Prepare the product for collection by one of our team members (if receiving method was delivery)
5.) Prepare the product for return (if receiving method was collection)

JONES HAY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY PRODUCT THAT HAS BEEN STORED / USED INCORRECTLY
